Abstract

Chronic diseases have now become a societal issue globally; early detection and monitoring of these diseases are essential. Herein, a wireless intelligent health monitoring system has been developed, which includes a flexible, biodegradable eggshell membrane‐based triboelectric nanogenerator (EM‐TENG), a Bluetooth transmitting sensing terminal wirelessly, and an intelligent terminal processing digital signal reception from a host computer. This study uses natural fiber‐rich and biodegradable EMs to fabricate high‐performance friction nanogenerators. The EM‐TENG can be attachable to the neck, elbow, wrist, and waist, and convert mechanical contact into electrical output signals. By analyzing these signals, EM‐TENG can monitor and distinguish body postures, offer warnings about abnormal cervical flexion and extension, and assess the quality shot put throw motions accurately and continuously. These functions provide personal health monitoring and athletic program training monitoring for alerting and displaying through terminal devices. The devices are crucial for monitoring and rectifying motion patterns in younger individuals and certain patient groups. EM‐TENG is a wearable motion monitoring sensor, which provides a new strategy to human health, motion monitoring, and smart sports training.
