Abstract
Summary. Epistaxis is the most common type of bleeding in medical practice. On grounds of aggravating the number of patients who take anticoagulants and disaggregants for a long time, cases of recurrent and profuse nasal bleeding have become frequent. An experiment was performed to select the optimal method of local stop of nasal bleeding on an experimental animal model. We studied the state of the ciliated epithelium after exposure to it in various ways. For the study 5 groups of animals (toads) were set in type, 20 in each group. Consequently, an experimental study of the state of the ciliated epithelium was developed and the experiment proved the method that least affects the ciliated epithelium of the mucous membrane.
