Abstract
The article presents the results of researches on the processing of gold-bearing old sorption tailings. The tailings sample contains 4.75 g/ton of gold and is a refractory raw material, with a predominance of sulfide minerals — arsenopyrite and pyrite. During the gold extraction experiments, the effect of oxidizing agents, surfactants, and other chemicals and combinations on the leaching process was investigated.
