Abstract

This research conceptual paper aims to explore the current state of food security in Jakarta and assess the effectiveness of supporting systems in ensuring sustainable food access, availability, and utilization. The study examines the interplay of various factors, including agricultural practices, distribution networks, market mechanisms, and policy frameworks, to evaluate their impact on food security outcomes in Jakarta. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, empirical data, and stakeholder perspectives, this paper identifies key challenges and proposes pathways for improving the supporting systems to achieve sustainable food security in Jakarta.
