Abstract
The need to ensure the effectiveness of the formation of the representative competence of the professional-metric reputation of future teachers of higher education has been updated. A pedagogical study of the process of forming the professional and metric reputation of future teachers of higher education was carried out. The author's interpretation defines the concept, content and structure of the educational process of professional training of teachers.
The organizational-management and organizational-pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional-metric reputation of future teachers of higher education are substantiated: the psychological-pedagogical environment of promoting the formation of the professional-metric reputation of future teachers of higher education; methodological and information-technological platform of the functioning of ensuring professional metrics of educational-scientific-cognitive and innovative activities of education seekers; special organizational administration procedures for the formation of professional metrics of the image of future teachers of higher education.
The model of formation of representative competence of the professional and metric reputation of future teachers of higher education was substantiated and developed.
