Abstract
Objective: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between COVID-19 risk perceptions, anxiety levels, and the sleep quality of nurses.
Methods: The sample of the descriptive and correlational study consisted of 248 nurses. The data were collected face-to-face using a Questionnaire form, the COVID-19 Perceived Risk Scale, the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale, and the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index between July 1, 2021, and December 29, 2021. Data were evaluated with descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis test, Spearman correlation analysis test, and linear regression analysis.
Results: The mean score was 29.73±6.66 for the COVID-19 Perceived Risk Scale, 4.22±0.28 for the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale score, and 8.30±3.3 for the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index.
