Abstract
Densities and heats of mixing for the ternary system 2-butanol + 1,3-dioxolane + cyclohexane have been measured at 298.15 and 313.15 K. Excess molar volumes and excess molar enthalpies have been calculated from experimental data and fitted by the RedlichKister equation. The ERAS model has been used to calculate excess molar properties of the ternary mixture from parameters obtained from the constituent binary mixtures.Key words: excess properties, ERAS model.
