On the Phase of the ρ–ω Mixing Parameter Derived from the Unitarity Relation

Abstract

The phase of the ρ–ω mixing parameter is calculated in detail from the unitarity relation without considering the so-called superweak hypothesis for the ρ and ω decay. It is found that the result does not differ considerably from the one obtained previously (Gien) with the superweak hypothesis used.
