Abstract
We apply temperature tuning to several segments of a highly-nonlinear fiber with decreasing zero-dispersion wavelength (ZDW) to simultaneously align the segments’ ZDWs and separate their stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) spectra, yielding higher SBS threshold.
