Abstract
Data beaches aren't getting any cheaper. The sheer complexity of cleaning up after a breach, the fact that the repercussions can keep rolling in for years after the event and the arrival of tougher regulations are conspiring to make leaking data a pricey – and potentially organisation-killing – issue.
