Abstract
The article examines the current issues of managing the innovative development of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education based on the management of educational innovations, the disclosure of its main goals and objectives, after the creation of a new high-quality system of management of educational institutions, it requires the application of new laws, laws, changes in scientific approaches and principles of management, which becomes. vitally necessary, because today’s challenges to education require ensuring innovative development of out-of-school education institutions. The importance of modern management in the dimension of innovative development of a multi-disciplinary institution of extracurricular education is clarified, which stimulates the managerial activity of the head of the educational institution based on the formed scientific positions on innovative changes and ensures its development. It has been proven that the innovative development of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education has a significant impact on the creation of innovative management mechanisms and tools, the effectiveness and efficiency of its functioning, as well as determining the optimal directions of joint activity of science and practice in order to modernize the educational process to ensure the effectiveness of introducing innovations into the system. out-of-school education and directed orientation of the educational process, which is characterized by the diversity and variability of out-of-school education formats. Pedagogical conditions are characterized, which contribute to the introduction of innovative changes in the management process in terms of modern management, quick management decision-making, and the coherence of the work of the entire teaching staff; delegation of certain powers of the administration to implement and ensure coordination, interaction, influence on the effectiveness of management, taking into account the specifics of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education.
