Abstract

Abstract Penetrating neck injury is quite a rare entity, all the more if it is caused by a shotgun. Due to lots of vital important structures it may immediately be life threatening and an organized and systematic approach is highly recommended. We present a case of a young man who was accidentaly hit by a crossbow arrow to the neck. An overview of diagnostic and treatment management of such an injury is also provided.
