Abstract
Abstract
A 23-year-old man with papillary thyroid cancer underwent radioiodine (131I) treatment following total thyroidectomy and node dissection. Posttreatment 131I SPECT/CT images revealed an additional focus of increased 131I activity in the left adrenal gland, raising suspicion for possible adrenal metastasis. Ultimately, pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of an adrenal cyst.
