In the last decade, the rise of competition and the globalization of markets have resulted in heightened difficulties in delivering goods and services according to the customer expectations cost effectively and efficiently. The main objective of this research is to explore the relationship between Supply Chain strategies with Competitive Advantage of firms that enhance the sustainable performance of the organizations. This study is based on the quantitative study and questionnaire were use to collect the data from supply providers of the hospitality and related industry of Pakistan. The smartPLS4 SEM bootstrapping was employed to analyze the data collected from supply chain professionals. The findings of this study indicate supplier relations, collaboration planning, forecasting, replenishment (CPFR), and leagile supply chain have significant relationships with a firm’s competitive advantage and sustainable performance. The conceptual model presented in this research can be thought as a fundamental reference point for industry professionals seeking to develop and design effective supply chain performance strategies. This study which is one of the first study best of knowledge suggests that lean and agile (leagile) are connected, and when combined with supplier relations and CPFR, they can create a competitive advantage for firms and improve overall organizational performance in the hospitality and related industries.
