Abstract
In this paper, we develop Newton-like iterative methods of the convergence order three and six to eight. These methods are developed by using homotopy perturbation technique and their order of convergence is verified theoretically. Proposed methods are tested numerically to reveal their effectiveness and superiority over existing approaches in the literature and real world problems.
