Abstract
This research aims to comprehensively examine how the FIS Community Service Movement 8 (GFM 8) plays a role in making positive contributions to various community activities. GFM 8, as a sustainable initiative, specifically seeks to respond to and address issues in the Cianten Village. This is a qualitative descriptive study involving the collection of information in the form of written or oral words from relevant informants. The data collection methods employed include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that in the FIS Community Service Movement 8, there is a key driver in the form of a focus on creative economic content, manifested through the development of products such as chili oil and the utilization of tea mistletoe for medicinal purposes. This innovative process not only brings product variety but also opens doors to new opportunities in marketing strategies and economic value enhancement for the community. Throughout this process, marketing is carried out through modern strategies, including the use of promotional video content on the TikTok platform, aimed at reaching a wider audience. By applying the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach and focusing on the development of creative economy, the GFM 8 results strive to maximize the potential of local assets and improve the well-being of the local community. The innovations made, both in products like chili oil and tea mistletoe, and in the implementation of modern marketing strategies, are expected to create a significant positive impact on economic development in the village.
