1. EBR-1 can be synthesized using PI as OSDA. The strategy and key factor for the synthesis of 3D MCM-49 with PI have not yet been revealed. To divide the synthesis window of MCM-22(P) and MCM-49 with PI as OSDA, the effect of synthesis conditions including PI content, inorganic ion content, alkalinity, and seed are comprehensively investigated in this work. The summarized crystal phase diagram of MCM-22(P) and MCM-49 is shown in Figure 2a, and the XRD patterns of products with virous compositions are shown in Figure 2b-c. Based on the fact that the c-parameter of MCM-22(P) is larger than that of MCM-49, MCM-22(P) and MCM-49 can be distinguished by XRD.
