ATOM ENERGIYASIDAN FOYDALANISHNING EKOLOGIK-HUQUQIY MUAMMOLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada atom energiyasidan foydalanish, ushbu foydalanishda yo‘l qo‘yilgan xatolar oqibatida vujudga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan halokatlar va unga nisbatan qo‘llanadigan javobgarlik masalasi izchil tahlil qilingan. Hozirgi kunda atom energetikasini qo‘llash mavzusi xalqaro miqyosda energetika sohasining eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib, aholining o‘sishi, urbanizatsiya va texnologik taraqqiyot doimiy ravishda bajarilishi kerak bo‘lgan yuqori va sifatli energiya ehtiyojlarini keltirib chiqarmoqda. Biroq, bu jarayonlar atrof-muhitga jiddiy ta'sir ko‘rsatadi. Masalan, bular Yer haroratining ko‘tarilishi, dengizlar sathining ko‘tarilishi, suvlarimiz kislotalanishi, atmosferadagi karbonat angidrid kontsentratsiyasining oshishi, ozon qatlamining yemirilishi bo‘lishi mumkin. Natijada, atom energiyasidan to‘g‘ri foydalanish dolzarb muammoga aylandi. Ushbu maqolaning dolzarbligi butun dunyoda atom energiyasiga bo‘lgan talabning rivojlanishi bilan vujudga kelgan atom energiyasidan foydalanishning o‘ziga xos jihatlari bilan bog‘liqligi teran tahlil qilingan.
