Foundation of Automobile Production Systems for Customer Value Creation

Abstract

In this chapter, the author describes the foundation of automobile production systems for customer value creation through the development of the automobile management technology in corporate strategy. Specifically, to realize this, the author has researched (i) What is the main concern of top management and the Top management and manager class?, (ii) Future management technology aiming the high reliability of company, organization, and human resources, (iii) Creation of the scientific quality management employing customer science principle, and (iv) Developing science TQM to strengthen of automobile management technology using science SQC. Concretely, as the typical example, the author illustrates Toyota's management technology which has come to represent Japanese manufacturing through the (i) Outline of Toyota's corporate management system in Japan, and (2) Implementation of a dual core fundamental “TPS and TQM”.
