Abstract
Various arbitration treaties have been established amongst different countries. Reading the arbitration agreements will help one to understand the importance given to different factors during the implementation of arbitration procedures. Some sample contracts from the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States of America, India, and Japan have been briefly analyzed in general in this chapter. Furthermore, some attempts at making comparisons are made, with the resulting insights being highlighted.
