Abstract
The demand for skilled and qualified manpower in India is likely to remain elevated and robust in the coming years, both nationally and internationally. To encourage, continuous development of employees' regular competency mapping of skills with changing job roles is essential to create a productive and expert employee. Competitiveness is closely related to the concept of employee performance, which has a direct relationship with training. The professional quality and the perceived satisfaction vary from levels to levels in a healthcare organization. Hence, conducting job profiling is important to identify skills across the hierarchy. This research article aims to explore the Employability Skills required by the professionals working in the healthcare sector at Medical Service Vertical, further, the utility of each skill is identified and then their relative importance is studied at each hierarchical level. Digital technology and sustainable manpower can boost the creation of new jobs.
