The industry also plans to improve the current products, which requires a lot of training and development from the existing people in the market. Therefore, this chapter will cover a range of topics such as the employment relation act, entrepreneurship competencies, human resource planning, training and development, recommendable diversity and motivational models, national qualifications framework (NQF), as well as to look at the future jobs within the cannabis industry.
