Abstract

3D food printers, which technology has brought to life, have been produced in order to facilitate the production of three-dimensional objects with different and complex structures, to give flexibility to original qualities and changes, and to find solutions for people who need a different nutrition system. This technology, which is developing rapidly in the food sector but still needs to be developed further, has brought with it many conveniences. It is thought that the 3D food printer technology, which entered the food sector in 2001 and has developed considerably today, will be a necessity in the future. In this context, the studies conducted on 3D printer technology and 3D food printer technologies were evaluated. Within the framework of the studies conducted, it is thought that 3D food printers will help people with special nutritional needs, people who need to be fed under a certain diet, and people who are fed according to their personal preferences.
