Abstract
This chapter provides an overview of sexual harassment in the workplace and how it negatively impacts individual well-being and health outcomes and how that extends to decreased work satisfaction, decreased productivity, and poor organizational performance. The chapter describes how to address the alarming increase of sexual harassment in a health facility by employing the use of culture models to assess the organisational culture and change and leadership models to implement change towards the elimination of sexual harassment in the workplace. The chapter concludes that addressing sexual harassment in the workplace is crucial. It requires a systemic approach to change, with leadership commitment at its center, which would bolster trust and confidence in participation and compliance to transform the organizational culture.
