Abstract
Future IoT-based hardware may greatly benefit from the potential of MEMS sensors. MEMS sensors are perfect for use in smaller spaces due to their small size, low cost, and low power requirements, which makes them suitable for IoT applications. These sensors have a high degree of sensitivity, sufficient dependability, and perfect accuracy, which ensures that your data is always accurate. MEMS technology is transforming how many things are produced. The high tolerances present in semiconductor process technology enable them to perform with excellent repeatability and astounding accuracy. The most current development in the electronics industry, nanotechnology, is used to design and create advanced sensors. These sensors offer a better degree of precision and accuracy than ever before because of nanotechnology. It has uses in every sphere of social and economic life and ranges in size from a few millimetres to a few nanometers. Consequently, MEMS sensors and IoT systems are growing in popularity as a result of their capacity to do effective and balanced work across a range of industries.
