Abstract
The present study aims to examine the factors of work culture, work ethics, and work satisfaction that affect employee performance during pandemics, based on which study will draw some recommendations for the organizations to frame an appropriate pandemic model of HRM. The study is based on secondary data: the literature review done with the help of journals, books, and articles. The results suggest that other than innovation, the changes done to all other factors had negatively affected employee performance. Instead of focusing on a particular pandemic situation, the study collectively contributes to all the referred past pandemics scenarios. Moreover, the factors of work culture, work ethics, and work satisfaction are the three most crucial elements of an organization that have not been studied together, having implications on employee's performance during pandemic circumstances.
