Abstract
This study delves into the field of media education, highlighting the importance of accreditation in maintaining programme relevance and employability. It explores worldwide trends in accreditation and evaluates how they affect the employability of media graduates. The study analysed its impact on job prospects, and the challenges and opportunities that come with accreditation's dynamic nature. Focusing on digital integration, the study discusses the importance of technological skills and curriculum adjustments to prepare graduates for the media industry. Case study development and multi-case analysis have been used as qualitative data analysis techniques. Interpretations have been created by assessing, organising, classifying, coding, and modifying the raw data. The case study highlights the significance of flexible accreditation criteria and strategic adjustments, acknowledging skills that improve job opportunities. The study concludes the rise in global education accreditation, meets industry needs, and highlights the importance of a flexible and efficient education system.
