Abstract
Today's business environment has become highly contingent, unpredictable, and unclear, followed by massive turbulent upheavals and cut-throat competition. There is an intense struggle to innovate, redefine, and excel in companies today. A corporate university is an independent institution designed to support the central organization to achieve the goals of the individual employee and the overall organization. The chapter explores the previous studies related to the corporate university (CU), the challenges faced by these institutions over the years, and a viable framework would be proposed in the present context that would enhance student learning, employability, use of technology, and the impact on the future of work. The chapter presents the implications and insights that can enable a comprehensive understanding of the CU in higher education scenarios, especially post-pandemic or in the new normal, and suggest how the corporate university can be repositioned in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) context.
