Digital natives, surrounded by technology since birth, face a unique landscape shaped by artificial intelligence (AI). While AI unlocks a world of connection, information, and personalization, it can also present challenges for their mental well-being. This chapter explores this intricate relationship. The authors will delve into potential sources of anxiety, stress, and isolation linked to AI, like social media algorithms and constant connectivity. But it won't all be concerns. They will also explore solutions, like critical thinking skills, mindfulness practices, and fostering positive online communities. This chapter aims to equip readers with insights and strategies to navigate the digital world in the AI age, promoting a healthy mental landscape for young people.
