Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic precipitated a global shift towards online education, fundamentally altering traditional teaching and assessment methods across educational institutions. The rapid deployment of online learning highlighted the urgent need for enhanced digital literacy, innovative pedagogical approaches, and robust technological infrastructures to support effective instruction and student engagement. The pandemic underscored the necessity for evolving assessment methods to include continuous, multifaceted evaluations that accommodate diverse learning outcomes and student needs. This chapter synthesizes insights into the resilience and adaptability demonstrated by educators, the pedagogical and technological challenges encountered, and the ongoing implications for future educational practices in a post-pandemic landscape.
