Abstract
Service learning is an effective learning tool and an alternative for rote learning. The chapter uncovers the application of service learning for implanting the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) education among the learners. ESG is the passport for sustainability. To make ESG pervasive and ubiquitous, embedding ESG in higher education would be a significant step ahead. Embedding ESG in the curriculum is a challenge and an opportunity. The framework of ESG, service learning model and construct, integration of service learning and ESG in the learning environment, and reflections of service learning are deliberated.
