Abstract
This chapter was written based on bibliographical research, qualitative and exploratory studies. The objective of writing the chapter was to highlight theories regarding community of practice for productivity, environmental and social governance, and results in organizations; however, the written elements require further studies to include in research regarding community of practice. In the final considerations, among the conclusions are the combination of the physical with the digital for the phygital transformation in business and the design made with human knowledge for the improvement of businesses that are in full modification with automation, mechanization, with robotization and the use of artificial intelligence for the (co)creation of ideas, insights, or execution of tasks.
