Abstract
This chapter explores how training can transform tax administrations into learning organizations. In today's dynamic and demanding environment, tax authorities need agility, adaptability, and a highly skilled workforce. By embracing the principles of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing, tax administrations can cultivate a learning culture that fosters excellence and leads to the transformation of learning organizations.
