Challenges in Scientific Research in CIT Programs in Kosovo

Abstract

This proposal seeks to evaluate the level of the programs of Computer Information Technology (CIT) in Kosovo to the standards set by the Kosovo Accreditation Agency. During the evaluation, it will include scientific research reports in the CIT programs and the reports of accreditation, in which aim will be to evaluate strengths and weaknesses and to suggest areas in which improvements can be made in this field of study. Access to confidential data in institutions is a challenge. The study is significant since it provides insights into the way to improve the quality of CIT education. In addition, the paper indicates how jobs linked to the CIT sector would enhance environmental conservation and climate change mitigation, as well as mental health through job creation.
