Abstract

This book chapter aims to disseminate the impact created by the usage of wearable sensors along with artificial intelligence technologies for pregnant women. A healthy society depends on the heath of the expectant mother and baby that may be impacted by several causes and medical conditions, including high blood pressure, which can result in preeclampsia, abnormal fetal development, or fetus development in tubes, which can result in ectopic pregnancy. Wearable sensors technology has been applied to a wide variety of products both medical as well as consumer. The expansion and usage of wearable sensors are associated with various parameters such as user-friendly technology, economical accessibility to technology, and universalization of wearables. It has incorporated mechanical, electrical, and optical methods for measuring the parameters of the body. The technological customization to the innovation of minimized sensing technologies to provide continuous remote sensing at ease is a boon to society.
