Abstract
A global consensus has been developed that COVID-19 pandemic has hit hard all domains of life including education. It is realized that learning losses will exacerbate the consequent effects due to school closures to prevent mass spread of the coronavirus. International organizations like UNESCO, UNICEF, and WHO issued advisories to governments all around the world. In Pakistan, there are a number of issues faced by all stakeholders both in planning and receiving of learning via online methods. The chapter is an effort to examine possible strategies that can be opted as an emergency plan for both learning and therapeutic services for children with special needs.
