Abstract
Digital technologies are changing the essence and extent of entrepreneurship. A distinctive characteristic of digitization is its ability to automate tasks that demand a lot of human labour. Contemporary innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) are making it possible for computers to perform activities that would typically need human intellect, such as processing vast unstructured data sets using sophisticated, adaptive algorithms. This has prompted entrepreneurs to consider the generativity of AI, indicating that the technology may represent a fundamental innovation to the instruments that they develop with, in addition to a way to achieve cost and productivity gains. Thus, the purpose of the chapter is to assess the influence of AI determinants on entrepreneurial effectiveness, identify the key strategies for successful digital transformation, benefits and challenges of AI on entrepreneurship.
