Employing established bibliometric methodologies, this research utilizes data from the Scopus database, encompassing 1490 articles. The study investigates growth patterns, authorship trends, thematic, and global contributions in AI ethics scholarship. The result reveals an exponential surge in annual AI ethics publications, with critical thematic shifts and prolific author collaborations. Author productivity, citation metrics, institutional affiliations, and country-wise contributions elucidate the global landscape of AI ethics research.
