Abstract

This study explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven chatbots on customer service within the hospitality industry. As technology continues to advance, hotels are increasingly turning to AI chatbots to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and improve overall customer satisfaction. Through a review of case studies and industry trends, this study examines how AI chatbots are revolutionizing customer interactions by providing personalized assistance, 24/7 support, and seamless integration across multiple platforms. Additionally, the study discusses the implications of AI chatbots on operational efficiency, staff productivity, and guest engagement. By leveraging natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, AI chatbots have the potential to reshape the hospitality landscape, enabling hotels to deliver more efficient and tailored services while also gaining valuable insights into guest preferences and behaviors. Overall, this research sheds light on the evolving role of AI-driven chatbots in shaping the future of customer service in the hospitality industry.
