The study examines equity, access, and ethical dimensions of NBA-driven engineering innovations, focusing on data privacy, algorithmic bias, and commodification of athlete performance. The goal is to foster inclusivity, equity, and sustainable development, fostering collaboration between the sports industry and engineering disciplines.
