Abstract
People who are at higher risk for cardiovascular disease can be found using biomarkers. Acute coronary syndrome must be diagnosed and treated promptly and accurately, and cardiac biomarkers are crucial for both. For therapy to start as soon as possible, and possibly, a diagnosis within the golden period, is crucial. Among the numerous biomarkers, the myocardial enzymes, a number of myocardial proteins, peptides, and many other compounds were the first ones to be studied. The stable molecules known as microRNAs are the newest addition to the repertoire and can be found in circulation. Many cardiological conditions are still incurable, and traditional treatments frequently have unfavourable side effects or only slightly improve patient outcomes. Hence, personalised therapy of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), also known as personalised or precision cardiology, is the process of choosing the most appropriate course of action for a given patient.
