Abstract
The key role of decent work for all in achieving sustainability is to create a balance between economic, environmental, and social needs. The present study, henceforth, takes its aims at envisioning a bibliometric analysis on the domain of decent work in the sustainability scenario during the 21st century where productivity, citation, and trends in publication along with author's keyword trends are considered based on Scopus e-database and Web of Science e-database with R-Packages. The findings of this bibliometric study demonstrate that decent work in sustainability gradually started attracting the attention of researchers from 2016 where both developed and developing countries were found to dominate. Amongst the countries, Spain, Australia, and the United Kingdom were detected as the promising ones with their productivity of publication in this domain. Furthermore, the study notices that up to 2015 literature mainly focused on the human rights dimension of decent work in sustainability with different themes. Hence, the study is considered a source of knowledge to know the existing literature trends and future research directions which would help marketers, entrepreneurs, academicians, and scholars to build up interest and to explore research aptitude in this emerging area.
