Abstract
Green innovation has been recognized as a crucial element in achieving sustainable development, capturing the interest of researchers and professionals. This has led to a significant number of publications analyzing how green innovation can reduce the environmental impact of business activities. Simultaneously, the negative impact of climate change on wine production has pushed wineries to shift their practices towards more sustainable production models. The main aim of this study is to analyze the scientific state, trends, and gaps in the field of green innovation in the wine industry. To achieve this goal, a bibliometric analysis was carried out using VOSviewer software. The results indicate that sustainability has attracted considerable attention in the wine industry in the last three years. Specifically, green innovation has been studied as a vehicle to improve the environmental performance of this sector. Moreover, the results provide a comprehensive overview of the current situation in the field, serving as a valuable starting point for future research.
