Abstract
Talent management (TM) is in the stage of infancy, in the field of research and in practice. TM has been studied in various contexts with an attempt to understand the criticality to the firms, these firms might be in the form of MNC's, SME's, public sectors, charities, or other forms. Even after considering these studies, clear insight of TM needs attention. Each new study leads to unexplored dimension of TM. There are limited theoretical, conceptual, and empirical studies carried out till date. However, there are limited studies focused in the area of talent management in the light of start-ups and entrepreneurship. Hence, this study is conducted on talent management start-up. The findings of the study state that there is scope for the study in TM. This objective is achieved through bibliometric mapping on authors, keywords, citation, co-citation, country, and publisher. The process of network mapping is used to understand the association of previous research trying to connect to present research, thereby projecting the future research in the said area.
