Abstract
The article analyzes the structure of cardiovascular diseases and mortality from their complications, as well as the effectiveness of their control over the results of studies, in particular, the international study EUROASPIRE V (2019).
In order to improve the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease, it is proposed to introduce into the practice of family physicians the concept of multicomponent therapy in one tablet – polypill.
