Abstract

This technical article provides an in-depth exploration of Salesforce data integration, highlighting the challenges and opportunities within today's interconnected business environment. It addresses a variety of topics, including common integration use cases, key considerations for designing integrations, widely used integration patterns, and specific strategies for integrating Salesforce with external systems, external systems with Salesforce, and Salesforce with Salesforce.
