Abstract

As a result of globalization, the era of hyper-competition has emerged. In order to develop in such a turbulent environment, enterprises should implement an innovation strategy that is respond to changes taking place in this environment. The aim of the article is to present the path of changes in the scope of innovation strategies that can be followed by enterprises operating in hyper-competitive conditions. To identify such a path, the article discusses two classifications of innovation strategies presented in the literature on the subject. The discussion also included examples of innovatively oriented enterprises taken from the research of the authors of the article.
