Abstract

Abstract A methodology for the functional and artistic image of the interior as part of the implementation of investment and construction projects for a two-room apartment in the Scottish style is developed in the paper. Pre-project analysis, concept of the project and the formation of the visual environment of the interior based on consumer preferences were carried out. The initial stage of the formation of the functional and artistic image of the interior is described in the pre-project study: the design environment was analyzed taking into account the lifestyle and preferences of the customer. The choice of the style of the space being developed was based on the terms of reference drawn up together with the customers. The Scottish style was identified as a style solution. The aesthetic harmonization of the interior space was developed on the basis of the chosen style. The composition of the space of the room is focused on the organization of the main living areas of residents, hence the layout of the apartment was formed. The basis for the design methods for the functional and artistic image of the interior in the framework of the implementation of investment and construction projects for living space is based on the analog method. The additional methods are the method of getting used to the role, the method of aggregation and the piece method. The Autodesk 3ds MAX information environment has become a means of visual implementation of the interior. The choice of the program was based on realistic visualizations of the interior space. The planning solution of the developed environment was carried out in the ARCHICAD information environment. For high-quality preparation of textures, the Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW graphic editors were used.
