Abstract
The article discusses the technology of thermal power treatment of long, non-rigid parts of the “shaft” type. The design of the device for thermal-power deformation of the shaft and the principle of its operation are given. The device is equipped with a three-circuit automatic control system. The control system allows you to control the forces for axial deformation and the temperature of heating and cooling. The developed technology allows us to solve the problem of maintaining the straightness of the shaft during operation.
