With the rapid development of global artificial intelligence, the wide application of virtual augmented reality technology in various fields has increasingly shown its unique technical charm. The analysis of relevant statistical data shows that virtual augmented reality enterprise system is still a new technology research hotspot in China’s executive enterprise system architecture design. In order to effectively solve the traditional basketball referee system training and assessment process in the lack of venues, human operation and the lack of objective quantification of the game and other constraints, this paper proposes a design of executive system based on artificial intelligence technology. In this paper, 250 personnel involved in the executive system were investigated, and their recognition of artificial intelligence technology reached more than 92%. This paper compares and analyzes the financial input, human input and intelligence after the application of artificial intelligence in the design of the execution system, discusses and analyzes the results, and puts forward the application suggestions of artificial intelligence in the execution system, which provides technical support for the development of the execution system. The research in this paper is of great significance for the further integration and development of the two.
